About The Christmas Light Parade


Annual tree lighting, plus holiday light parade, Santa Claus, caroling, food and beverages available. Sponsored by Westamerica Bank and the Upper Lake Community Council. Benefit for the Upper Lake Auxiliary Fire Department Toy Drive.
