Annual gala includes live and silent auctions, wine and gourmet foods from local purveyors, and music. Congressman Mike Thompson is this year’s chairman; auctioneers are Jed Steele and Archie McLaren; winegrower Andy Beckstoffer is master of ceremonies. Additional ticketed events available for auction attendees on Friday, September 19, taking place around the county. These include a luncheon and cooking demonstration by Chef John Ash, as well as winemaker dinners hosted by several Lake County wineries. Sponsored by the Lake County Wine Alliance. Benefit for Lake County’s non-profit organizations and programs that support the arts, health and community. Black-tie is encouraged.
